How does a first meeting go?

Do you work on a fixed fee or hourly basis?

Both modes are possible depending on the nature of the case. For recurring tasks or well-defined projects, a fixed fee provides predictability. For litigation, a variable part can be linked to the result.

Do you work outside of Lyon?

Yes, I work throughout France and, for certain cases, internationally. Exchanges are regularly done via video conference, which allows great geographic flexibility.

What types of companies do you support?

I mainly support VSEs, SMEs, start-ups and mid-sized companies, as well as their executives. My approach is adapted to the operational constraints of companies in development or structuring phase.
