Pierre-Louis RoquetPierre-Louis Roquet, Attorney in Lyon, at the crossroads of business law and technologies

Pierre-Louis Roquet

From his Lyon office, Pierre-Louis Roquet speaks of law as a strategic lever. Trained in France and Germany, trilingual and internationally oriented, he chose to make business law, digital and artificial intelligence his field of action.

His practice was forged through real-world experience: negotiation for a real estate player avoiding litigation, complex contracts for an internationally deployed IT services company, structuring software licenses for a French company, or Franco-German cross-border operations. Each time, the same approach: combining strategy and pragmatism to secure projects and defend clients' interests.

He understood early on that law could not remain apart from technological disruptions. His expertise led him to the Senate, where the Law Commission auditioned him on the use of artificial intelligence in legal professions. Speaker in France and abroad, he deciphers the legal issues of digital and AI, while training new generations of lawyers in these transformations. In 2025, this dual academic and practical legitimacy was consecrated by his designation among the 30 certified France Numérique Expert lawyers, a national program that brings together French tech specialists.

His academic background reflects the same openness. Graduate in French and German law, holder of a Master in European and International Business Law (Paris-Dauphine University – PSL), he evolves in a universe marked by cross-border exchanges. He trained in arbitration at the Gide Loyrette Nouel firm, where he developed rigor and learned the method of managing complex cases. His practice today covers civil and commercial litigation, advisory, arbitration and international trade. Before French courts or alongside European colleagues, he puts his expertise at the service of a defense adapted to your challenges.

« Being a business attorney today means understanding economic and technological changes as much as legal rules. »
